Juan Fernando has been involved for more than 15 years in the corporate structuring of tailor-made solutions in Europe and Latin America. His experience in managing a multi-family office dedicated to UHNW individuals brings to TASK a concrete know-how, and day to day operational experience. Currently Juan Fernando sits on the board of many companies in Europe and Latin America.

Alessandro has more than 17 years of multi-disciplinary experience in financial services ranging from private banking, custody services and funds administration. He has been providing advice on the setup of regulated investment structures for international asset managers for many years as well as acting as board director of UCITS and SIFs in Luxembourg before being fully committed to TASK.
